Peter Martin, a founding partner of the law firm, graduated from Monsignor Farrell High School in the Oakwood area of Staten Island in 1994. He received his bachelor’s degree from Boston College Wallace E. Carroll School of Management in 1998. After college, Mr. Martin was awarded an academic scholarship to attend New York Law School. While there, he served as an Articles Editor of the New York Law School Journal of Comparative & International Law. Mr. Martin graduated from New York Law School in 2001, achieving his Juris Doctorate, and was admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey the same year.
Mr. Martin has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions in New York and New Jersey, having closed over 5,000 real estate transactions since being admitted to practice in 2001.
Mr. Martin’s bar memberships include the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Martin is an active member of the Richmond County Bar Association. Mr. Martin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Iron Hills Civic Society, Inc., as well as on the Board of Directors of Meals On Wheels of Staten Island, Inc. Mr. Martin has been recognized as a 2024 Lawyer of Distinction for excellence in the practice of real estate.
